Bytentic SIA, provider of the Voice Notes application, is committed to protecting your privacy. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and how it is protected.

1. Information We Collect

Voice Notes is designed to minimize data collection. Bytentic does not collect, store, or transmit your audio recordings or note content. Unless you enable an optional Apple service described below, your recordings remain on your device.

We may collect limited anonymous analytics data to understand how the application performs and how features are used. This may include:

• Usage Data: Basic interaction events such as feature usage, session length, and frequency of use.
• Technical Data: Device type, operating system version, app version, crash reports, and general performance information.

This information is collected in a form that cannot be used to identify you. We do not collect names, email addresses, account information, or any other personal identifiers.

2. Optional Apple Services

Voice Notes uses only Apple services for optional synchronization. Sync can be enabled or disabled at any time. When enabled, recordings are synchronized through Apple services; Bytentic does not receive or have access to the synced recording content.

Transcriptions and automatic recording titles use Apple Intelligence. These features are optional and can be turned off. When synchronization, transcription, and automatic titles are disabled, Voice Notes keeps recordings on your device and does not transmit them to Bytentic or Apple.

3. How We Use the Information

Anonymous analytics data is used only to:

• Monitor app performance and stability
• Identify crashes or technical issues
• Understand general feature usage
• Improve the Voice Notes application

The collected analytics data is not used to identify individual users.

4. Data Sharing and Disclosure

We may use trusted third-party analytics or crash-reporting services to process anonymous usage data. These services help us understand application performance and improve reliability.

We do not sell personal data and do not share information that can identify individual users.

5. Data Retention

Anonymous analytics data may be retained only as long as necessary for product analysis and improvement. Data may be aggregated or deleted when it is no longer required.

6. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to protect collected analytics information against unauthorized access, loss, or misuse.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This policy may be updated from time to time. Updated versions will be published within the application or on the associated website. Continued use of the application indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
